1. Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of the Iverion website and any training session or assessment service you book with us. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms. Iverion is based at Nyerere Avenue 133, Mombasa 80100, Kenya.

2. Use of the service and acceptable use

Our sessions and draft assessments are intended for personal, professional use in your capacity as a reporter, editor, or member of a newsroom. You agree not to misrepresent your identity when booking, and not to use materials we provide in a way that misattributes them to Iverion without permission.

3. Intellectual property

Written materials, model correspondence, and record formats provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of Iverion unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use them for your own work but may not resell or redistribute them commercially.

4. User obligations

When submitting a draft for assessment, you confirm that you hold the rights necessary to share it with us for review purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide through our contact form.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our sessions and assessments provide general training and editorial feedback. They do not constitute legal advice, and Iverion does not guarantee any particular publication outcome, editorial decision, or legal result arising from their use. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Iverion's liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant session.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, including the High Court of Kenya where matters exceed the jurisdiction of subordinate courts.
